Parent Survey Results 2011

The annual Casterbridge Parent Survey was carried out in July to enable us to understand from our parents what we are doing well and what we can improve upon.

 
At Dolphin Bracknell 98% of parents were satisfied with the overall experience at the nursery and when asked how likely parents were to recommend us we scored 8.8 out of 10. To summarise the findings, parents love the environment (95% agree), the nursery is very clean (96% agree), the staff are competent and caring (88% agree) and can be easily contacted (86% agree). The food we serve is healthy and nutritious (89% agree) and 93% said that the preschool is excellent preparation for school. Parents said they would like more verbal feedback and our administration could be worked on, we are committed to improving these areas.
